Joining The Team

Our onboarding process is a continuation of our candidate experience. To make sure our new team members have the best welcome experience, we onboard every two weeks in virtual cohorts and schedule weekly onboarding sessions. We understand that starting at a new company can be challenging, so our process ensures a smooth adjustment and learning period. We also offer quarterly “Camp Calm” sessions to keep everyone up-to-date on our company initiatives.
