Black Owned and Hiring (BOH) is a career planning platform for Black professionals. We help Black job seekers and allies find open professional positions at Black-owned businesses and companies that have a reputation of treating Black employees fairly.

The platform will feature company demographics and employee reviews written from the Black perspective, curated news and resources addressing topics Black professionals face at work, and at the core, we highlight professional employment opportunities at Black-owned/led companies.
